Poll: In the presidential race, which New Yorker would win your vote?
When it comes to the 2016 presidential election, New York City is very well represented. Billionaire tycoon Donald Trump, whose real estate properties are all over the city, currently leads the Republican field. On the Democratic side, former New York senator Hillary Clinton is in a heated race with Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, a Brooklyn native. And with the latest news that billionaire former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is considering a third party run as an independent, we could very well have three presidential candidates in the general election with ties to the five boroughs. With all of these candidates (or potential candidates, in Bloomberg's case) representing various points on the political spectrum from far right (Trump) to center (Bloomberg) to center-left (Clinton) to far left (Sanders), which would you want to see in the White House for the next four years? Take your pick in the poll below, and stay tuned for a follow-up analysis on the results.
