Which actors should play New York's top politicians?
Later this month, the Legislative Correspondents’ Association will host its 117th annual parody show in Albany.
This year’s show, titled “Everybody Loves Andrew!,” is scheduled for May 23 at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center. As usual, LCA journalists will impersonate the state’s leading politicians, from Gov. Andrew Cuomo and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio to Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie and state Senate Majority Leader John Flanagan.
But if the LCA had an unlimited budget, who would be hired to play the key roles? Al Pacino as Cuomo? Jason Segel as de Blasio? Jamie Foxx as Heastie?
